1 Donation Policy

Important: Donations made to Sidratul Muntaha Foundation are generally non-refundable because funds are often distributed quickly to beneficiaries in need.

We encourage all donors to review the amount and intended purpose before completing a transaction. Your generosity makes a direct and immediate impact on those we serve.

2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate donation transactions (same amount charged more than once)
Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor
Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days of the donation date

                    Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date to be considered.

Refund issued within 7–14 business days via original payment method

                    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned through the original payment method used at the time of donation.
